a developing problem

hi!

can anyone help me answering this question?

when i develop certain films, their unexposed surface doesn't become completely transparent.
i developed a EFKE 25 and this "background" WAS completely transparent.
also a fuji acros ISO100, 120 was transparent
but..everything else i've developed has a bit darker background.
(agfa apx400, fuji acros 100, ilford delta 400..)

is this ok? i don't know because i can't find any samples of films on the internet
(not the pictures but the photos of the film :)
